Tasting notes: Slightly golden with greenish tones. The nose undergoes a constant evolution: we travel from subtle French oak to delicate citrus and tropical notes, complemented by spicy touches. The palate is elegant, expressive and unctuous. It offers a broad, persistent finish with hints of pastries.
The fundamental principle of our work is to take care of the raw material. Throughout the year we work in the vineyard respecting and trying to improve the environment that surrounds us. Following this philosophy, in the winery we treat our grapes and our wine with the utmost care.
