Tasting notes: Silky in the mouth, subtle, enveloping. With an aftertaste that returns us to the balsamic memories and a mouthful of intense chocolate. Intense cherry color with ruby reflections. Exuberant nose of red berries and cherry notes, enveloped by a fresh and balsamic veil with hints of bay leaves and eucalyptus.
The fundamental principle of our work is to take care of the raw material. Throughout the year we work in the vineyard respecting and trying to improve the environment that surrounds us. Following this philosophy, in the winery we treat our grapes and our wine with the utmost care.
