Tasting notes: At sight, slightly golden with greenish tones. On the nose it undergoes a constant evolution: we travel from the subtle French oak towards delicate citrus and tropical notes, complemented by spicy touches. Elegant, expressive and unctuous on the palate. It offers us a broad, persistent finish with notes reminiscent of pastries.
The fundamental principle of our work is to take care of the raw material. Throughout the year we work in the vineyard respecting and trying to improve the environment that surrounds us. Following this philosophy, in the winery we treat our grapes and our wine with the utmost care.
